Wishing you all a beautiful and Happy Easter!! We are receiving snow on this beautiful day!! What a blessing!!! We shared a wonderful Easter dinner last night, worked on puzzles, and my awesome brother, hubby, and I took a last minute trip to Reno!! The casino was calling!! LOL
Hubs found a card table & brother and I hit the slots!!
Our Easter feast was as usual AMAZING!!!! Nothing like cooking and feasting in the mountains with family! I wish our entire family was together, but it’s not the case unfortunately! As we grow older it seems harder and harder to get everyone together!! In any case here are some photos from our feast!

Our finished table!!!! I tried lamb for the first time!! Still undecided if I like it!! LOL!! Lamb, asparagus with onion for the vegetarians, ham (a family fav, but still not like mama’s) asparagus with bacon and onions, head of cauliflower with a mayo and Parmesan crust, and a lovely red wine to accompany our meal!!
Today, we sit watching Empire with my brother in law Clinton, friend Amy went to Yoga, and the kids and their uncle Hank playing a game as we watch the snow fall out the window! It’s already melting, but still beautiful to watch!!
Yes, the makeup lady doesnt have makeup on! It’s Easter Sunday and pj day!!
Did I mention the most AMAZING scones ever made?? Made by a wonderful Scottish lady I know!! Thank You Karina we are still treasuring them!!
